摘  要:目的:设计一款医用冷藏箱温度监测装置,以便及时了解医用冷藏箱内的温湿度情况。方法:该装置硬件由WeMos D1 Mini开发板、DHT11数字温湿度传感器模块、有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED)显示屏、RGB模块和蜂鸣器模块组成。采用DHT11传感器实时采集医用冷藏箱内温湿度数据,并通过物联网将数据无线传输至云平台;采用OLED显示屏实时显示温湿度数据及时间;通过蜂鸣器模块、RGB模块实现声光报警。基于Arduino IDE平台进行硬件控制程序的编写、调试,并在手机端Blinker App上进行温湿度监测界面制作。结果:该装置能够对医用冷藏箱的温湿度进行监测,与冷藏箱显示温度的最大差值为±0.2℃,且在冷藏箱内温度高于8℃或低于2℃持续5 min后能够进行声光报警并通过微信公众号告知管理员。结论:医用冷藏箱温度监测装置具有体积小巧、成本低廉、易于操作的特点,能够满足医用冷藏箱内温湿度变化监测的需求。Objective To design a medical refrigerator temperature monitoring device in order to keep track of the temperature and humidity inside the medical refrigerator. Methods The medical refrigerator temperature monitoring device was composed of a WeMos D1 Mini development board, a DHT11 digital temperature and humidity sensor module, an organic light-emitting diode(OLED) display, a RGB module and a buzzer module. The temperature and humidity data in the medical refrigerator were collected with the DHT11 sensor in real time, and then transmitted wirelessly to the cloud platform through Internet of Things;the temperature and humidity data and time were shown on the OLED display in real time;sound and light alarm was realized through the buzzer and RGB modules. Hardware control programming and debugging were implemented based on Arduino IDE platform, and the humidity and temperature monitoring interface was developed in Blinker App.Results The device developed monitored the temperature and humidity in the medical refrigerator effectively. The temperature indicated by the device had the maximum difference with the actual value within the range of ±0.2 ℃, and the device issued sound and light alarm and informed the administrator through WeChat official account 5 minutes after the temperature in the refrigerator was higher than 8 ℃ or lower than 2 ℃. Conclusion The medical refrigerator monitoring device gains advantages in small size, low cost and easy operation, and can be used for monitoring the changes of the humidity and temperature in the medical refrigerator.
