摘　　要：陶瓷粉彩装饰是“瓷都”景德镇的四大名瓷之一,其更是我国“非遗”的重要传统文化。在“非遗”的视角下,高校的陶瓷粉彩装饰教育应当创新发展。而本文尝试从高校的陶瓷粉彩装饰人才培养这一角度进行探究,从粉彩“非遗”进入高校的必要性;陶瓷粉彩“非遗”与高校人才培养结合的新模式进行深入分析。Porcelain pastel decoration is one of the four famous porcelain in Jingdezhen,the"porcelain capital",and it is also an important traditional culture of China’s"intangible cultural heritage".From the perspective of"intangible cultural heritage",the ceramic pastel decoration education in colleges and universities should be innovatively developed.This article attempts to explore from the perspective of cultivating ceramic pastel decoration talents in colleges and universities,and the necessity of entering colleges and universities from the perspective of"intangible cultural heritage"of pastel;The talent training mode of"intangible cultural heritage"in pastel painting;The talent training objective of"intangible cultural heritage"in pastel painting is deeply analyzed by combining with the teaching evaluation system.
