摘  要:采用柴油缸内喷射引燃、压缩天然气(CNG)进气管供给形成混合气的技术方式,在一款柴油机上进行了燃用CNG/柴油复合喷射的台架试验研究。在设计CNG燃料供给系统的基础上,研究了不同替代比下CNG/柴油复合喷射对运行于外特性工况柴油机扭矩性能的影响。研究结果表明,CNG在柴油机上掺烧能够全面提升外特性的扭矩性能,最大扭矩提高了6.8%;发动机低转速运行时,较高的天然气替代比燃烧效率较好,而高转速时则适合采用较低的天然气替代比,且各个运行工况都存在天然气最佳替代比使柴油机具有良好的性能。合理替代比的天然气在柴油机上掺烧,可以提升柴油机的动力性和经济性。The bench test of CNG/diesel compound injection was carried out on a diesel engine by using the technical mode of diesel in cylinder injection ignition and compressed natural gas CNG intake pipe supply to form a mixture.Based on the design of CNG fuel supply system,the effect of CNG/diesel compound injection with different substitution ratio on the torque performance of diesel engine operating under external characteristic conditions was studied.The results show that the torque performance of external characteristics can be improved by blending CNG into diesel engine,and the maximum torque can be increased by 6.8%.When the engine runs at low speed,the higher natural gas substitution ratio has better combustion efficiency,while at high speed,it is suitable to use the lower natural gas substitution ratio,and there is the best natural gas substitution ratio under all operating conditions,so that the diesel engine has good performance.It can be concluded that burning natural gas with reasonable substitution ratio on diesel engine can improve the power and economy of diesel engine.
