摘 要:为了探究产前瘫痪绵羊血清生化指标的变化,本试验选择妊娠后期(135~145 d)健康绵羊和瘫痪绵羊各20只,分别测定血糖、血脂、肝功能、肾功能、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、钾(K)、钠(Na)、氯(Cl)等相关指标。结果显示,与健康绵羊相比,产前瘫痪绵羊高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清总蛋白(TP)、血钾(K)显著降低(P<0.05);血糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血钙(Ca)极显著降低(P<0.01);肌酸激酶(CK)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)显著升高(P<0.05);血液酮体(KET)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、磷(P)极显著升高(P<0.01);其他指标变化不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,绵羊产前瘫痪与糖、脂肪和钙磷代谢障碍有关,血糖(GLU)、血液酮体(KET)、血钙(Ca)、血钾(K)等可作为绵羊产前瘫痪的监测指标。In order to assess the changes in serum biochemical indicators of prenatal paralysis in sheep, this study selected 20 late pregnancy(135-145 d) healthy sheep and 20 paralyzed sheep to determine blood glucose, blood lipid, hepatic function, kidney function, calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P), potassium(K), sodium(Na) and chlorine(Cl) related to the serum biochemical indexes. The results showed that compared with the healthy sheep, high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), serum total protein(TP) and serum potassium(K) of paralyzed sheep were significantly decreased(P<0.05);blood glucose(GLU), triglyceride(TG), serum albumin(ALB) and serum calcium(Ca) were extremely significant decreased(P<0.01);creatine kinase(CK) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were significantly increased(P<0.05);ketone body(KET), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), total bilirubin(TBIL) and phosphorus(P) in blood were extremely significant increased(P<0.01);other indicators were little changed(P>0.05). These results indicated that prenatal paralysis in sheep was related to the metabolic disorders of sugar, fat, calcium and phosphorus;and that blood glucose(GLU), ketone body(KET), blood calcium(Ca) and blood potassium(K) could be used as the monitoring indexes of prenatal paralysis in sheep.
