新疆非物质文化遗产旅游响应度及影响因素分析

摘　　要：以非物质文化遗产为研究对象,运用ArcGIS 10.2解析新疆非物质文化遗产空间分布特征,从资源禀赋条件、地方经济环境和旅游发展条件3个方面选取12个指标建立新疆非物质文化遗产旅游响应度评价体系,结合熵值法与TOPSIS法对新疆各市(区、州)非物质文化遗产的旅游响应度进行测算,揭示新疆非遗旅游响应的空间分异规律及其影响因素,为新疆非遗的保护与旅游发展提供基础研究.研究结果表明:1)新疆各市(区、州)之间非遗旅游响应不均衡,其中乌鲁木齐市最高,博尔塔拉蒙古自治州最低,且整体呈现“北高南低”的南北疆非遗旅游响应度差异;新疆非遗资源丰富,但整体上旅游响应度不高,二级以上响应度较高的市(区、州)仅占总区域的28.6%;2)丝绸之路新疆段的非遗旅游响应空间分异显著,北线非遗旅游响应度呈“N”字型分布,中线非遗旅游响应度呈“倒V”型分布,南线非遗旅游响应度整体处于中等水平;3条线路整体呈现“北线>南线>中线”的分布特征;3)资源禀赋条件、地方经济环境和旅游发展条件对旅游响应的影响存在差异.地方经济环境和旅游发展条件对非遗旅游响应空间分异影响显著,资源禀赋条件及其空间特征对旅游响应空间分异的影响力较弱.Taking intangible cultural heritage as the research object,the spatial distribution characteristics of intangible cultural heritage in Xinjiang were analyzed.12 indicators were selected from three aspects:resource endowment conditions,local economic environment and tourism development conditions,to establish a tourism response evaluation system for intangible cultural heritage in Xinjiang.The entropy method was used to assign the index weight and TOPSIS was used to calculate the tourism response of intangible cultural heritage in all cities of Xinjiang,which reveals the spatial differentiation regularity and influencing factors of intangible cultural heritage tourism response degree in Xinjiang and provides a basic research for the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the development of tourism in Xinjiang.Research indicates:1)The tourism response among cities are uneven,with the highest in Urumqi and the lowest in Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture.The overall difference of intangible cultural heritage tourism response between Southern xinjiang and northern Xinjiang is"high in the north,low in the south";The intangible cultural heritages in Xinjiang are rich in tourism resources but their tourism response is not high,the cities with higher response degrees(above grade two)only account for 28.6%of the total region.2)The spatial differentiation of tourism response of intangible cultural heritage in Xinjiang section of Silk Road is obvious.The tourism response of intangible cultural heritage in the north line is an"N"shape,and in the middle line is an"inverted V"shape.The tourism response of intangible cultural heritage in the south line is at a medium level as a whole;The three lines show the distribution characteristics of north line>south line>middle line at the line scale of the Silk Road.3)Resource endowment conditions,local economic environment and tourism development conditions have obviously different impacts on tourism response.Local economic environment and tourism development conditions ha
