摘 要:印蜕是指印章刻成后所钤盖的印样,通过对历代印谱的病害状况进行调查发现,印谱在保存过程中会出现印蜕变色问题。通过XRF分析发现,印谱实物样品中存在印蜕变色问题的印谱中均含有铅元素,而未变色的样品中不含有铅元素,导致印蜕变色的原因可能与含铅元素相关。红外光谱显示,变色的印蜕中出现了硬脂酸铅的特征峰,未变色的印蜕不含硬脂酸铅。模拟实验结果表明,硬脂酸铅在加速老化条件下,极易变色。综合而言,印蜕变色问题是印泥中油脂老化和铅元素共同作用的结果。印泥中的铅元素与印油中的饱和脂肪酸相互作用,形成硬脂酸铅,富集在印蜕表面,硬脂酸铅颜色不稳定,最终导致印蜕的变色。The seal impression discoloration is more prominent in seal impressions books.It will directly change the appearance of seal impressions and reduce the artistic value of seal impressions books.Through XRF analysis,it was found that there were Pb element in the discoloration of red ink paste and of the lithography,and the use of red lead was the key factor leading to the discoloration.The infrared spectrum showed that the characteristic peak of lead stearate appeared in the discolored seals,while the non-discolored seals did not contain lead stearate.Simulation experimental results show that the lead stearate under the condition of accelerated aging,easy to change color.The lead in printing paste interacts with the saturated fatty acid formed after oil acidification to produce lead stearate.Lead stearate is easy to change color,which is one of the important reasons for the red ink paste discoloration.
