摘 要:通过了解近20套催化裂化装置气压机级间冷却器的设计条件、操作参数及使用情况,发现冷却器在使用过程中换热管内外侧均存在腐蚀、结垢和泄漏问题,并且冷却器一旦发生泄漏,检修会十分困难。通过分析腐蚀介质的来源、换热器的布置形式和工艺条件等,结合现场应用情况,采取冷却器由单台改为两台并联、循环水走管程、连续注水和适当升级管束材质等措施,从而解决了气压机级间冷却器腐蚀泄漏问题。Through understanding the design conditions, operation and use of the interstage coolers of nearly 20 sets of catalytic cracking units, it is found that the internal and external media of the heat exchange tubes of the coolers have corrosion, scaling and leakage problems in the process of use, and it is difficult to overhaul after leakage. By analyzing the source of corrosive medium, the layout form of heat exchanger, process conditions, etc., combined with the field application, it is proposed to change the cooler from a single set to two sets in parallel, circulate water through the pipe side, inject water continuously and upgrade the material of tube bundle appropriately, so as to solve the corrosion leakage problem of interstage cooler of air compressor.
