摘  要:某乙烯装置工艺水汽提塔再沸器投用仅一年时间就发生了内漏,影响装置的安全稳定长周期运行。通过宏观检查、电磁涡流扫查对再沸器进行了腐蚀检查,从垢样成分、工艺介质、操作条件和设备结构等方面进行腐蚀分析,确定泄漏原因:工艺水系统存在腐蚀性介质,而工艺防腐蚀系统运行不平稳,使得工艺水系统呈酸性或碱性腐蚀环境,进而造成换热管局部严重结垢,从而形成局部垢下腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀。结合实际工况,建议加强工艺防腐蚀措施的精细化管理,改善设备结构,规范工艺操作,从而抑制腐蚀泄漏。The reboiler of process water stripper in an ethylene plant had internal leakage after only one year of operation,which affected the safety,stability and long-term operation.The reboiler was inspected through macro inspection and electromagnetic eddy current scanning,and corrosion analysis was conducted from the aspects of scale sample composition,process medium,operating conditions,equipment structure,etc.It was determined that the cause of leakage was the presence of corrosive medium in the process water system.At the same time,the unstable operation of the process anti-corrosion measures made the process water system acidic or alkaline corrosion environment,which led to severe scaling of the heat exchange tubes,thus forming local corrosion under the scale and crevice corrosion,which aggravated the corrosion of the tube bundles.Combined with the actual working conditions,it is suggested to strengthen the refined management of process anti-corrosion measures,improve the equipment structure,standardize the process operation,so as to inhibit corrosion leakage.
