摘 要:目的比较不同材质及形态的纤维素类可吸收止血材料的止血性能差异。方法体外凝血实验:将纱布形态的止血材料按材质分为羧甲基氧化再生纤维素组、羟乙基纤维素(Hydroxyethyl Cellulose,HEC)组、羧基氧化再生纤维素(Carboxyl Oxidized Regenerated Cellulose,CORC)组及对照组(普通纱布组),再将CORC类材料根据形态分为纱布组、纤丝组、非织布组及对照组(普通纱布组),采用SD大鼠全血进行体外凝血实验,测量各组540 nm处的光密度(Optical Density,OD)值。动物试验:按纱布形态止血材料的材质分为HEC组、CORC组及对照组,将CORC类材料按照形态分为纱布组、纤丝组及对照组,记录各组材料在大鼠脑损伤模型上止血所用时间(T)与实验前后质量差(W)。结果体外凝血实验中各实验组OD值小于对照组(P<0.05);纱布形态的各实验组OD值无明显差异(P>0.05);纤丝组及非织布组测得的OD值均小于纱布组(P<0.05);纤丝组与非织布组OD值无明显差异(P>0.05)。动物实验中各实验组较对照组,T与W均减少(P<0.05);纱布形态的各实验组,T与W无明显差异(P>0.05);纤丝组较纱布组T与W减少(P<0.05)。结论纤维素类可吸收止血材料可促进止血;纱布形态的不同材质的纤维素类可吸收止血材料,在止血性能方面无明显差异。CORC类可吸收止血材料在非编织形态的止血性能优于纱布形态。Objective To compare the hemostatic performance of cellulose absorbable hemostatic materials with different materials and morphologies.Methods In vitro coagulation test:gauze hemostatic material was divided into carboxymethyl oxidized regenerated cellulose group,hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC)group,carboxyl oxidized regenerated cellulose(CORC)group and control group(common gauze group)according to the materials.CORC was divided into gauze group,fiber group,non-woven group and control group(common gauze group)according to the morphology of CORC materials.Whole blood of SD rats was used for in vitro coagulation experiment,and the optical density(OD)of each group at 540 nm was measured.Animal experiments:hemostatic materials were divided into HEC group,CORC group and control group according to the shape of gauze.CORC materials were divided into gauze group,fiber group and control group according to the shape.The hemostatic time of materials in each group on the rat brain injury model(T)and the quality difference before and after the experiment(W)were recorded.Results For the in vitro coagulation test,the OD value of each experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in OD values of gauze morphology among all groups experimental(P>0.05).The OD values of fibril group and non-woven group were lower than those of gauze group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between fibril group and non-woven group(P>0.05).In animal experiment,T and W were decreased in all experimental groups compared with control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between T and W in the experimental groups of gauze morphology(P>0.05).Compared with gauze group,T and W in fiber group were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Cellulose absorbable hemostatic materials can promote hemostasis.There is no significant difference in hemostatic performance between cellulose absorbable hemostatic materials of different gauze forms.The hemostatic performance of CORC absorbable hemostatic ma
