摘　　要：西门子Definition AS CT目前是我院CT检查的主力机,日常检查量大、使用率高,故障频发。本文详细分析了电源模块供电异常导致的检查床故障,前滑环系统导致机架初始化失败故障,重建计算机参数表异常导致的图像异常故障等,并针对每例故障提出了具体的排查方法和解决方案。通过自主维修以最小的成本修复机器,可节省大量经费,保障医院和科室的正常运行,同时为同行维修此类故障提供参考。Siemens Definition AS CT is currently the main machine for CT examination in our hospital,with large amount of daily inspection,high utilization rate and frequent failures.This paper analyzes in detail the faults such as patient table failure caused by abnormal power supply of power module,gantry initialization failure caused by front slip ring system,image abnormality caused by abnormal image reconstruction system parameter table,and specific troubleshooting methods and solutions are proposed for each fault.Through independent maintenance,the machine can be repaired at the minimum cost,Which can save save a lot of fund,ensures the normal operation of the hospitals and departments,and provide reference for the peer maintenance of such faults.
