摘 要:卵石杂填土地基大吨位堆载试验中,由于卵石杂填土地基的特殊性,造成两侧反力支墩受力不均,产生堆载荷重台偏向失稳,具有严重的安全隐患。针对堆载试验稳定性问题,分别采用人工夯实、换填和注浆3种方法对卵石杂填土地基进行加固处理。通过对比3种加固方法的两侧支墩下土压力变化情况,可以看到换填和注浆加固改变了卵石杂填土地基的天然特性,可以保证两侧支墩在加卸载过程中受力均匀,显著提高了堆载试验的稳定性,保证了堆载试验的安全顺利进行。In the large tonnage heaped load test of pebble miscellaneous fill foundation, due to the particularity of pebble miscellaneous fill foundation, the stress of reaction buttresses on both sides is uneven, resulting in the deviation and instability of the heaped load platform, which has serious potential safety hazards. In view of the stability of the heaped load test, three methods, namely manual compaction, replacement and grouting, were used to reinforce the pebble miscellaneous fill foundation. By comparing the changes of soil pressure under the two side buttresses of the three strengthening methods, it can be seen that replacement and grouting have changed the natural characteristics of the pebble miscellaneous fill foundation, can ensure that the two side buttresses are evenly stressed during loading and unloading, significantly improve the stability of the surcharge test, and ensure the safe and smooth progress of the surcharge test.
