摘  要:考虑到辐照加工的特殊性,针对当前辐照储运传动自动化控制系统由于控制器的指令实施能力较差,导致辐照储运传动位置与预期指令相差较大的问题,设计基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的辐照储运传动自动化控制系统。首先,在硬件架构中增设PLC,并对驱动器与网络接口展开优化;其次,计算各传动设备的储运负荷分配情况,根据此计算结果构建模糊PID,控制传动设备的运动状态;再次,采用结构化编程方式,对PLC进行编程,实现控制系统的正常运行;最后,完成基于PLC的辐照储运传动自动化控制系统的设计工作,构建系统测试环节。经传动方向与传动位移两部分测试结果证实,该系统可有效改善当前系统性能问题。Considering the particularity of irradiation processing,the irradiation storage and transportation transmission automation control system is designed for the large difference between the irradiation storage and transportation transmission position and the expected instruction.Add a programmable logic controller(PLC)controller to the hardware architecture,and optimize the drive and network interface.Calculate the storage and transportation load distribution situation of each transmission equipment,and construct a fuzzy PID controller according to this calculation result to control the movement state of the transmission equipment.The PLC controller is programmed to realize the normal operation of the control system.So far,the irradiation storage and transportation transmission automatic control system based on PLC design has been completed.In the construction system test link,the transmission direction and transmission displacement test results confirm that the system can effectively improve the current system performance problems.
