摘　　要：卢灿省主任善用经方临证治疗各种病证,尤其在治疗溃疡性结肠炎上积累了丰富的经验。因溃疡性结肠炎的临床症状及肠镜下表现与古籍对“肠痈”描述相符,卢主任将其归属“内痈”的范畴,确立以“脾虚为本,毒邪为标,瘀血阻络”的病因病机,汲取中医外科痈疡的治疗特点,将透脓散化裁作为基本方治疗溃疡性结肠炎并附病案举隅。Director Lu Canxing is good at using classic prescriptions to treat various diseases and syndromes,especially has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Because the clinical symptoms and colonoscopic manifestations of ulcerative colitis are consistent with the description of "intestinal carbuncle" in ancient books,he classified it into the category of "internal carbuncle",established its etiology and pathogenesis of "spleen deficiency as the foundation,toxin and evil as the standard,blood stasis blocking collaterals",and drew on the treatment characteristics of surgical carbuncle and ulcer in traditional Chinese medicine,and took the tou-nong-san as the basic prescription to treat ulcerative colitis with medical records.In this article a medical record is attached.
