摘　　要：糖尿病认知功能障碍是糖尿病慢性并发症之一,近来发病率逐渐增高,受到临床重视。由于西医治疗较为局限,寻求中医治疗的患者逐渐增多,中医中药在治疗本病上有显著优势。本文对糖尿病认知功能障碍的病因病机、证型研究、辨证论治、治疗等方面进行综述,分析总结糖尿病认知功能障碍的研究现状,展望未来研究方向。Diabetic cognitive dysfunction is one of the chronic complications of diabetes,and its incidence is increasing gradually recently,which has received clinical attention.Because western medicine treatment is relatively limited,the number of patients seeking traditional Chinese medicine treatment is gradually increasing,and traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of this disease.In this paper,the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome type,dialectical treatment and treatment of diabetic cognitive dysfunction were reviewed,and the research status of diabetic cognitive dysfunction was analyzed and summarized,and the future research direction was projected.
