彭氏“分筋推拿”结合针刺治疗颈心综合征经验

摘　　要：颈心综合征是指由颈椎疾病引起的心悸、胸闷、甚或胸痛等类冠心病症状的一组症候群统称。作者通过精读《灵枢经》里的经筋经脉、气街四海原文,融会《医宗金鉴·正骨心法要旨》的骨错缝筋出槽理论,结合现代神经解剖知识和笔者跟师学习的心得体会,分析介绍彭氏“分筋推拿”结合针刺治疗颈心综合征的临床思路和手法组成,其在治疗上注重筋骨、气血共调,对病灶相关的经筋进行深度分拨,理筋正骨以恢复脊柱的力学平衡,再结合腧穴针刺以调经引气、流通气血,以达到标本兼顾、颈心同治的目的,临床疗效显著,附医案2则,以验证。Cervici-cardiac syndrome refers to a group of symptoms of coronary heart disease such as palpitations,chest tightness,or chest pain caused by cervical spine diseases.The author through studying the theory of meridian,Qi passage and Four seas in,joint semidislocation and sinews off-position in,combined with the neuroanatomy knowledge of modern medicine and the author’ s clinical experience,the clinic thought and technique composition of Peng’s "Separating Sinews Tuina" combined with Acupuncture in the treatment of cervicicardiac syndrome was analyzed and introduced.In the treatment,it pays attention to the coordination of muscles and bones,Qi and blood,and use Peng’s "Separating Sinews Tuina" to deeply soft the tendons related to the lesions,to straighten the tendons and set the bones to restore the mechanical balance of the spine,and then combine the acupuncture treatment to regulate the meridians and induce Qi and blood circulation,so as to achieve the purpose of acupuncture and massage combination,neck and heart simultaneous treatment.The clinical effect is remarkable,and 2 clinical cases are attached for verification.
