摘　　要：近年来,随着人口老龄化的加重及经济的飞速发展,全社会对康复的需求逐年增加,国家也在政策层面越来越重视康复的发展。随着康复专业毕业人数逐年增多、市场的逐渐饱和的整体影响,我校康复治疗技术专业的就业情况也在发生着很大变化。本文以苏州卫生职业技术学院康复治疗技术专业学生为例,通过问卷调查、文献研究及访谈等方法,调查康复治疗技术专业就业现状及行业需求情况,分析目前存在的问题并提出相应建议及对策,帮助我校康复治疗技术专业学生更好就业及为专业的发展提出建议。In recent years,with the aggravation of population aging and the rapid development of economic conditions,the demand for rehabilitation in the whole society is increasing year by year,and the state is paying more and more attention to the development of rehabilitation.As the number of the graduates in specialty of rehabilitation technology increases year by year,the market is gradually saturated and the overall impact of COVID-19 in the past two years,the employment situation of specialty of rehabilitation technology in our school is also changing greatly.This paper takes the students of the specialty of rehabilitation technology of Suzhou Vocational Health College for example,through questionnaire survey,literature research and interview method to investigate rehabilitation technology such as professional obtain employment situation and industry demand situation,analyzed the existing problems and put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to improve their chances of getting a good job and give suggestions for the development of the major.
