我国儿童青少年身体活动变化趋势的横断历史元分析

摘　　要：为了探究社会变迁视角下我国儿童青少年身体活动变化趋势及宏观社会因素的作用,通过计算机检索CNKI、Wan-Fang、VIP、WOS、PubMed、EBSCO等数据库,筛选关于我国主、客观测量儿童青少年身体活动的原始研究文献,基于《中国统计年鉴》选取12项宏观社会环境指标,并采用SPSS 25.0软件和R 3.5.1软件进行统计分析和绘图.本研究共纳入22篇文献、187项调查,其中主观测量135项,调查起止年份为2010-2020年;客观测量52项,调查起止年份为2015-2020年.结果显示:控制文献特征变量后,我国儿童青少年主、客观测量的中高强度身体活动(Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity,MVPA)时间逐年下降,下降幅度经加权样本量后处于微小到中等效应量之间;有线广播电视用户(β=-0.45,P=0.039)和离婚率(β=-9.94,P=0.016)是导致儿童青少年MVPA时间下降的远端环境因素;居民消费水平指数(β=-0.004,P=0.001)和空气质量(β=-0.37,P=0.021)并未扭转儿童青少年MVPA时间的下降趋势;我国儿童青少年MVPA时间受社会变迁的影响呈现逐年下降的趋势.We want to explore the changing trend of physical activity of children and adolescents in China’s mainland and the role of macro-social factors from the perspective of social change.We searched the database of CNKI,Wan-Fang,VIP,WOS,PubMed and EBSCO to screen the original research on the subjective and objective measurement of physical activity of children and adolescents in Chinese mainland.Based on China Statistical Yearbook,12 macro social environment indicators are selected.SPSS 25.0 software and R 3.5.1 software were used for statistical analysis and drawing.22 literatures(187 Studies)were included,including 135 subjective measurements,the starting and ending years of the survey were 2010-2020,52 objective measurements,and the starting and ending years of the survey were 2015-2020.After controlling for the characteristic variables of the literature,the subjective and objective measurement of Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity(MVPA)time in China’s mainland children and adolescents decreased year by year,and the decline ranged from a small to moderate effect size after weighted sample size.Cable radio and television users(β=-0.45,P=0.039)and divorce rate(β=-9.94,P=0.016)was the distal environmental factor leading to the downward trend of MVPA time in children and adolescents.Consumer level index(β=-0.004,P=0.001)and air quality(β=-0.37,P=0.021)did not reverse the downward trend of MVPA time in children and adolescents.Affected by social changes,the MVPA time of children and adolescents in China’s mainland has shown a downward trend year by year.
