摘  要:近些年,热镀锌耐指纹板在人们的日常生活中使用的越来越广泛。本文通过合理的工艺设计,生产出性能优良的耐指纹板。性能测试结果表明,提料辊速比为110%,涂料辊速比为70%,顶部操作侧和传动侧辊间压力(提料辊与涂料辊间压力)为2.2 kN,底部操作侧辊间压力为2.4 kN,传动侧为2.2 kN,生产出的耐指纹板,性能和膜重均符合客户要求。In recent years,hot-dip galvanized fingerprint-resistant sheets have been used more and more widely in people's daily life.In this paper,we produce fingerprint-resistant plates with excellent performance through reasonable process design.The performance test results show that the speed ratio of lifting roll is 110%,the speed ratio of coating roll is 70%,the pressure between the top operation side and drive side roll(pressure between lifting roll and coating roll)is 2.2 kN,the pressure between the bottom operation side roll is 2.4 kN,and the drive side is 2.2 kN,and the produced fingerprint resistant plate with performance and film weight meet the customer's requirements.
