摘  要:以某沿海地下污水处理厂为例,分析在厚砂层高地下水位场地基坑设计遇到的难题,及如何减小超长不设缝地下结构因温度应力带来的裂缝问题。采用搅拌桩护壁,以减少地连墙成槽塌孔问题;在基坑阴角处设置混凝土内支撑,以避免锚索群锚效应;在场地周边设置搅拌桩隔水帷幕、加设钢套管,解决锚索成孔涌水涌砂及塌孔问题;通过添加聚丙烯纤维及高性能膨胀剂、设置温度沟、布设预应力钢绞线、增加后浇带及加强带、优化钢筋布置、约束池体整体变形等措施,解决大尺寸不设缝地下池体因温度应力带来的裂缝问题,为类似工程提供有益参考。Taking a coastal underground wastewater treatment plant as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties encountered in the design of the foundation pit at the high ground water level site with thick sand layer,and how to reduce the cracks caused by the temperature stress in the overlong underground structure without joints.The use of mixing piles to protect the wall can reduce the problem of slotting and hole collapse of the diaphragm wall;Setting concrete interral support at the internal corner of the foundation pit can avoid the anchor cable group anchor effect;Setting mixing pile waterproof curtain and steel casing around the site can effectively solve the problems of water and sand gushing and hole collapse caused by anchor cable drilling;By adding polypropylene fiber and high-performance expansion agent,setting temperature ditch,laying prestressed steel strand,adding post cast strip and reinforcing strip,optimizing reinforcement layout,restraining the overall deformation of the pool body and other measures,the crack problem caused by temperature stress of large underground pool body without joints can be effectively solved,which could provide beneficial reference for similar projects.
