摘　　要：在科技成果转移转化中,技术转移机构是连接技术供给与技术需求的桥梁与纽带。通过分析并总结欧洲典型技术转移机构的建设经验,结合我国技术转移机构建设的现状,提出探索政府支持市场化运营的技术转移运营模式、创新技术转移机构盈利模式、构建完善的技术转移人才培育体系以及建立健全技术转移市场的监管机制等对策建议。In the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,technology transfer institutions are the bridge and link connecting technology supply and demand.By analyzing and summarizing the construction experience of typical technology transfer institutions in Europe,combining with the current situation of technology transfer institutions in China,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as exploring the technology transfer operation mode supported by the government for market-oriented operation,innovating the profit model of technology transfer institutions,establishing a sound technology transfer talent cultivation system and the supervision mechanism of the technology transfer market.
