摘　　要：首先介绍在俄工程项目投标的主要特点,以体现预算文件在项目投标过程中发挥的重要作用。在此之上阐述俄预算体系的基本架构和造价组成,再结合在俄项目投标经验,从预算分析的角度,探析投标报价的可行方法,以期为已进驻及未来计划进入俄工程承包市场的中资企业提供一定参考借鉴,以增加项目中标机率,确保项目预期利润水平。Firstly,this paper introduces the main features of project bidding in Russia to reflect the important role of the Russian project budget in the project bidding process.On top of this,this paper describes the basic structure and cost composition of the Russian project budget system.And then combines with project bidding experience in Russia and from the perspective of budget analysis,analyzes some useful methods of bidding quotation,in order to provide some reference for Chinese enterprises that have entered or plan to enter the Russian engineering contracting market,so as to increase the probability of winning the project and ensure the expected profit level of the project.
