摘　　要：装配式钢结构建筑智慧生产转型对于提升设备利用率、生产效率,降低运营成本、单位产值能耗具有重要的意义。基于文献归纳,梳理得出15个装配式钢结构建筑智慧制造成本的影响因素,应用决策试验评价实验法(DEMATEL模型)分析上述因素间的综合影响关系,在对抗解释结构模型(AISM)的基础上得到影响成本管控的7个原因因素以及8个结果因素。其中产业升级、智慧工厂管理系统、信息化程度、产业链、标准规范中心度排名较高,并基于此提出相关成本管控建议。Smart production transformation of fabricated steel structure is of great significance for improving equipment utilization,production efficiency,reducing operating costs and energy consumption per unit output value.Based on literature summary,the paper sorts out 15 factors affecting the cost of smart construction of fabricated steel structure buildings,and analyzes the comprehensive influence relationship between the above factors by using the decision test evaluation experiment method(DEMATEL model).On the basis of the adversarial interpretive structural model(AISM),obtains seven reasons and eight results influencing cost control.Among them,industrial upgrading,smart factory management system,informatization degree,industrial chain,and standards and specifications rank high.Based on this,proposes relevant cost control policy recommendations.
