氯前列醇钠对母猪同期分娩的影响

摘　　要：为了解氯前列醇钠诱导母猪同期分娩的效果,分别对5组相同胎次、品种、预产期的母猪进行处理,其中第1、2组为试验组,分别在耳后肌肉和外阴部位注射2 mL氯前列醇钠;第3、4、5组为对照组,第3、4组分别在试验母猪的耳后和外阴部位注射2 mL生理盐水,第5组不注射任何东西,在处理后根据产程时间、白天分娩率等指标确定最佳的注射部位和氯前列醇钠的效果。结论:耳后肌肉群注射氯前列醇钠的平均产程为4.79 h,外阴肌肉注射产程平均在4.65 h,注射氯前列醇钠的比未注射的白天分娩率高23.7%,以上表明,最佳注射部位为外阴肌肉,且氯前列醇钠对母猪分娩有加较大影响,适合猪场需求。In order to understand the effect of chlorprostol sodium inducing simultaneous delivery of sows,five groups of sows with the same parity,breed and expected delivery were treated,and the first and second groups were treated as experimental groups,and 2 mL of chlorprostol sodium was injected into the muscles behind the ear and vulva,respectively.Groups 3,4and 5 were the control group.Groups 3 and 4 were injected with 2 mL normal saline at the posterior ear and vulva site of sows,respectively,while group 5 was injected with nothing. After treatment,the best injection site and the effect of sodium cloprostol were determined according to labor time,daytime delivery rate and other indicators.Conclusion:The average duration of labor after intraauricular injection of cloprostol sodium was 4.79 hours,and the average duration of labor by vulvar intramuscular injection was 4.65 hours.The best injection site is the vulva muscle,and cloprostol sodium has a greater impact on sow farrowing,which is suitable for the needs of pig farms.
