摘  要:医药冷链运输具有高成本性、时效性、高协调性、复杂性等特征.以允许承运人可在任意时间进入和离开拍卖平台为前提,根据其成本、运输时间、货损率、违约率属性设计了一种多标准函数以确定承运人的估值.提出了一种在线多属性逆向拍卖机制,将医药冷链托运人关心的所有属性纳入拍卖分配和支付的核心程序,为托运人定制多属性运输服务提供了方法指导,并通过算例演示了该拍卖机制在实际应用中的效果.研究结果证明,该拍卖机制可以满足激励相容和个体理性,不仅满足了托运人的需求,而且降低了采购成本,促进了医药冷链运输服务安全、稳定、有效的发展.Pharmaceutical cold chain transportation has the characteristics of high cost,timeliness,high coordination and complexity.A multi-criteria function based on the attributes of cost,transportation time,cargo damage rate and default rate was designed to determine the carrier’s valuation.An online multi-attribute reverse auction mechanism was proposed,which made all the attributes that shippers cared about into the core procedures of auction allocation and payment,and provided method guidance for pharmaceutical cold chain shippers to customize multi-attribute transportation services.The research results proved that the mechanism satisfied incentive compatibility and individual rationality,and demonstrated its effect in practical application through an example.The designed mechanism not only met the needs of shippers,but also reduced the procurement cost,and promoted the safe,stable and effective development of pharmaceutical cold chain transportation services.
