摘 要:东北黑土地区是我国最大的商品粮生产基地,在保证国家粮食安全中起到重要作用。由于东北黑土长期高强度的利用、不合理的耕作方式和肥料施用导致该区域面临地力下降、生态功能退化等严峻问题。土壤微生物具有调节土壤生态系统的重要功能,调控范围包括从初级生产到养分固存、污染物降解、抑制病害等。为有效解决当前东北黑土区的主要问题,助力农业资源与环境发展提供有效途径,综述了近年来吉林农业大学资源与环境学院从土壤微生物对外源养分添加的响应、对土壤性质的影响、对秸秆资源化利用、对土壤病害防治和污染修复等角度探索土壤微生物助力东北黑土区农业资源与环境发展的机制,并对今后的研究进行展望。The northeast black soil region is the largest commercial grain production base in China,which plays an important role in guaranteeing national food security.However,due to the high intensity of utilization,irrational tillage and fertilizer application,this region is faced with serious problems such as fertility decline and ecological function degradation.Soil microorganisms play an important role in regulating soil ecosystem,including primary production,nutrient sequestration,pollutant degradation,disease control,etc.,which provides an effective way to effectively solve the main problems in the black soil region of northeast China and improve the development of agricultural resources and environment.Here we reviewed our progress in the research of the mechanism of soil microorganisms contributed to the development of agricultural resources and environment in the northeast black soil from the perspectives of soil microbial response to the addition of exogenous nutrients,the impact on soil properties,the utilization of straw resources,soil disease control and pollution remediation,and predicted the future research.
