摘 要:为探讨生物炭田间自然陈化与土壤有机碳的相互作用机制,采用田间原位埋置尼龙袋法,研究了生物炭田间自然陈化0,30,90,180,360,720 d后,其自身结构特征及其类腐殖质组成的变化,以及对黑土有机碳及其腐殖质组分的影响。结果表明:生物炭陈化至720 d,其碳和氮含量较0 d显著增加,生物炭的氧化度和芳香性下降,脂族性提高,其类胡敏酸含量提高65.64%。通过对埋置生物炭袋处理(BCT)下方的土壤进行分析,与未埋置生物炭袋的对照处理(ck)的土壤相比,BCT处理土壤总有机碳(SOC)含量在720 d比ck土壤明显提高25.53%,土壤胡敏酸(HA)提高46.12%,胡敏素(HM)提高33.83%;而且,对于BCT处理而言,SOC、HA以及HM含量在720 d时较0 d显著增加17.33%,24.42%,31.88%;另外,BCT处理土壤的PQ值在720 d时明显高于ck处理。综上,田间自然陈化720 d的生物炭对土壤有机碳和氮素具有一定的富集效应,提高了土壤有机碳含量及其腐殖化程度,改善了土壤有机质品质,提升了土壤质量与肥力。In order to explore the interaction mechanism between natural aging of biochar in the field and soil organic carbon,the dynamic changes of biochar structural characteristics and humuslike composition after natural aging of biochar in the field for 0,30,90,180,360,720 days,and the dynamic effects on the organic carbon and humus components of black soil were studied by using the method of in-situ embedding nylon bags in the field.The results showed that when biochar was aged to 720 d,its carbon and nitrogen content significantly increased compared with that of 0 d,its degree of oxidation and aromaticity of biochar decreased,aliphaticity increased,and its humic-like acid content increased by 65.64%.By analyzing the soil under the buried biochar bag treatment(BCT),compared with the soil of the control treatment(ck)without the biochar bag,the total soil organic carbon(SOC)content of BCT treatment at 720 days significantly increased by 25.53%,humic acid(HA)increased by 46.12%,and huminin(HM)increased by 33.83%,respectively.As for BCT treatment,the SOC,HA and HM contents increased significantly by 17.33%,24.42%,and 31.88% at 720 d compared with those of 0 d,respectively.In addition,the PQ value in BCT treatment soil was significantly higher than that of ck treatment at 720 d.In summary,the biochar that has been naturally aged for 720 days in the field has a certain enrichment effect on soil organic carbon and nitrogen,which increases soil organic carbon content and its degree of humification,improves the quality of soil organic matter,and improves soil quality and fertility.
