摘　　要：从住宅功能组织灵活性的需求出发,将功能调整范畴聚焦在户内改动的3种形式上:房间数量增减、空间尺寸调整、功能属性更换,梳理总结了7条提升灵活性的设计策略,并针对策略的灵活性成效和采用意愿,在建筑师群体中开展了调研分析,检验了策略的可行性和差异性,以期为住宅优化设计提供参考。Considering the demand for fexibility of residential renovation,the scope of functional adjustment is focused on three forms of indoor modifcation with case studies:number of rooms changing,spatial size adjustment,functional atribute replacement.Then,seven design strategies related to fexibility are sorted out.Considering the fexibility effect and adoption intention of each strategy,a survey with questionnaire and quantitative analysis is carried out among architects,which examines feasibility and differentiation of these strategies.It provides reference for residential optimization design.
