高层住宅中间户型自然通风优化设计研究——以宿迁地区为例

摘　　要：目前高层住宅大量使用的非南北通透的中间户型在通风上存在弊端,亟需优化。通过实地调研宿迁市高层住宅现状,从楼层平面形式(天井进深、前凹口布置位置)、户型设计(开窗的大小和位置)四个方面得出宿迁市高层住宅中间户型室内风环境的典型优化形式。At present,the non south-north transparent intermediate units widely used in high-rise residential buildings have shortcomings in ventilation and need to be optimized.Through feld research on the current situation of high-rise residential buildings in Suqian,the typical optimization form of indoor wind environment of the middle type of high-rise residential buildings in Suqian is obtained from four aspects:foor plan form(patio depth,front notch layout),house type design(size and location of windows).
