摘  要:目的 了解环磷酰胺分析方法的研究进展。方法 通过查阅国内外相关文献并进行归纳总结,综述近年来氮芥类烷化剂环磷酰胺的测定方法。结果 环磷酰胺的分析测定主要包括体内和体外药物分析,涉及的含量测定方法包括紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱(high-performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)法、液相色谱-质谱联用(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, LC-MS)法、气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS)法、示波极谱法和二阶导数差示脉冲极谱(second derivative differential pulse polarography, SDDPP)法,其中HPLC法在生物样品及环磷酰胺制剂中环磷酰胺的含量测定方面的应用较多。结论 环磷酰胺的分析方法研究取得了一定进展,对其体内和体外测定方法的不断深入探索有助于该药物的质量控制及指导临床合理用药。Objective To know about the research progress of analytical methods of cyclophosphamide.Methods Through consulting relevant literature at home and abroad and summarizing, the advance of determination methods of the nitromustard alkylating agent cyclophosphamide in recent years was reviewed.Results Determination methods of cyclophosphamide mainly included in vivo and in vitro pharmaceutical analysis.The analytical methods involved ultraviolet spectrophotometry, high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) analysis, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) analysis, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) analysis, oscillopolarography analysis and second derivative differential pulse polarography(SDDPP) analysis, among which HPLC was most commonly utilized in the determination of cyclophosphamide in biological samples and preparations.Conclusion Much progress has been made in analytical methods of cyclophosphamide, and further exploration of determination methods in vivo and in vitro will be advantageous to quality control of this drug and guiding clinical rational administration.
