摘  要:介绍某线材二分厂加热炉均热段供热配置和加热环节的氧化烧损升高现象,分别从设计和加热操作两个方面对加热炉氧化烧损升高原因进行分析,根据分析结果改进了蓄热式烧嘴喷口设计,强化了加热炉加热操作管理。生产运行表明:改进措施合理有效,加热炉氧化烧损明显降低,完全满足线材厂生产要求。The heat supply configuration of soaking section of the heating furnace and the phenomenon of increased oxidation burning loss in the heating link of a wire rod plant are introduced,and the reasons for increased oxidation burning loss of the heating furnace are analyzed from two aspects of design and heating operation.The design of regenerative burner nozzle is improved and the management of heating operation of the heating furnace is strengthened according to the analysis results.The production operation shows that the improvement measures are reasonable and effective,and the oxidation burning loss of the heating furnace is significantly reduced,which fully meets the production requirements of the wire rod mill.
