摘 要:为了确定炉辊间距指标,引入炉辊切入点和炉辊切入角概念,并通过钢板接触炉辊瞬间的几何关系,推导出炉辊切入角与钢板挠度、炉辊直径、辊间距的关系。通过建立理论计算模型,计算了高温钢板挠度及相应的炉辊切入点与炉辊切入角,为薄规格辊底式热处理炉辊间距的选择提供依据。In order to determine the furnace roll spacing index,the concepts of furnace roll cut in point and furnace roll cut in angle are introduced,and the relationship between furnace roll cut in angle and steel plate deflection,furnace roll diameter and roll spacing is derived through the geometric relationship of the moment when steel plate contacts the furnace roll.By establishing a theoretical calculation model,the deflection of high temperature steel plate and the corresponding cut in point and cut in angle of furnace roll are calculated,which provides a basis for the selection of roll spacing of thin gauge roller bottom heat treatment furnace.
