摘  要:以刚玉为骨料,以氧化铝微粉、碳化硅细粉、硅微粉、70纯铝酸钙水泥、碳素及ZrB_(2)-SiC抗氧化复合粉等做基质,制得高炉出铁沟用耐火浇注料;以ZrB_(2)-SiC复合粉作为抗氧化剂,测试其对中温1000℃及高温1500℃烧后试样抗折、耐压强度、线变化率和坯体抗氧化性的影响,复合粉加入量分别为0、0.5%、1%、1.5%及2%,按照相同加入量等量减少刚玉粉。结果表明:随ZrB_(2)-SiC复合粉的增加,试样高温处理后的线变化率逐渐加大,体积密度呈现先升后降的趋势,高温抗折强度先增大后减小,抗氧化性则逐步变好;当ZrB_(2)-SiC复合粉加入1%时,高温抗折强度呈现最佳值,试样可以得到最好的综合指标。Taking corundum was used as aggregate,alumina powder,silicon carbide powder,silicon powder,70 pure calcium aluminate cement,carbon and ZrB_(2)-SiC anti-oxidation composite powder as matrix to prepare refractory castable for blast furnace iron ditch.ZrB_(2)-SiC composite powder was used as antioxidant to test its influence on bending strength,compressive strength,linear change rate and green body oxidation resistance of samples sintered at medium temperature 1000℃and high temperature 1500℃.The addition amount of composite powder is 0,0.5%,1%,1.5%and 2%respectively.The corundum powder was equal reduced according to the same addition amount.The results show that with the increase of ZrB_(2)-SiC composite powder,the linear change rate of the sample after high temperature treatment gradually increases,the bulk density first increases and then decreases,the high temperature flexural strength first increases and then decreases,and the oxidation resistance gradually becomes better.When ZrB_(2)-SiC composite powder is added with 1%,the high temperature flexural strength presents the best value,and the sample can get the best comprehensive index.
