摘　　要：基于财政和货币政策实施目标的一致性、作用机制的互补性和作用效果的协同性,人民银行分支行与地方财政部门加大政策融合力度,聚焦不同货币政策工具特征分类施策,推动相关领域信贷供需两端的高效匹配和政策的有效落地。实践证明,不同政策深度融合、协同联动,既能提高结构性货币政策工具落地的精准性和高效性,也能相互拓展政策空间,增强宏观调控政策的系统性和有效性。Based on the consistency of the objectives of fiscal and monetary policy implementation,the complementarity of the mechanism of action and the synergy of the effects,the People's Bank of China Jinan Branch and the local finance department increased policy integration,focusing on the characteristics of different monetary policy tools and categorization of policies to promote the efficient matching of the supply and demand sides of credit in relevant areas and the effective implementation of policies.Practice has proved that the deep integration and synergy of different policies can not only improve the precision and efficiency of structural monetary policy tools on the ground,but also mutually expand the policy space and enhance the systemic and effectiveness of macro-control policies.
