摘　　要：功能性便秘是儿科常见脾胃系统疾病,西医治疗存在停药后易复发的问题,中医治疗对远期预后效果更佳。刘芳教授根据多年临床经验,提出五脏功能失常均影响大肠津液输布而发为便秘,其中与脾脏关系最为密切,脾阴不足为该病反复发作的关键。治疗上,将滋补脾阴、增液润肠之法贯穿始终,前期以“清、消”为主,后期以“滋、补”为要,疗效显著。Functional constipation is a common disease of spleen and stomach system in pediatrics.Western medicine has the problem of easy recurrence after drug withdrawal.Traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect on long-term prognosis.Based on many years of clinical experience,professor Liu Fang proposed that the dysfunction of the five internal organs affected the distribution of large intestine fluid and caused constipation,which was most closely related to the spleen,and the deficiency of spleen Yin was the key to the repeated attack of the disease.In terms of treatment,the method of nourishing spleen Yin,increasing fluid and moistening intestine runs through the whole process,in the early stage,it is mainly"clearing,eliminating",and in the later stage,it is mainly"nourishing,tonifying",with a remarkable curative effect.
