基于多功能强迫体位辅助器的体位干预结合结构化心理疏导对玻璃体切割术后患者舒适度、眼压、眼睑水肿情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于多功能强迫体位辅助器的体位干预结合结构化心理疏导在玻璃体切割术后的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2021年7月我院收治的88例玻璃体切割术后患者,以抽签法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于多功能强迫体位辅助器的体位干预结合结构化心理疏导。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的生理、心理维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、2、3 d,观察组的眼压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的高眼压发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后0级眼睑水肿程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床对玻璃体切割术后患者实施基于多功能强迫体位辅助器的体位干预结合结构化心理疏导有助于提高其舒适度,促进眼压、眼睑水肿情况改善。Objective To explore the application effect of position intervention based on multifunctional forced posture aid combined with structured psychological counseling after vitrectomy.Methods A total of 88 patients after vitrectomy admitted in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by lottery,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given position intervention based on multifunctional forced posture aid combined with structured psychological counseling on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of physiological and psychological dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2 and 3 d after operation,the intraocular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of high intraocular pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of grade 0 eyelid edema in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical implementation of position intervention based on multifunctional forced posture aid combined with structured psychological counseling for patients after vitrectomy is helpful to improve their comfort and promote the improvement of intraocular pressure and eyelid edema.
