摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者不良情绪及免疫因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2021年3月我院收治的76例系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究对象,按照抽签分组法将其分为对照组和试验组,各38例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予中医护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,试验组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平低于对照组,补体C3水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的健康调查简表(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的幸福感总分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理可改善系统性红斑狼疮患者的不良情绪,提高免疫功能及生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on bad mood and immune factors levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods A total of 76 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery grouping method,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of complement C3 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of the MOS 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the total score of happiness in the two groups increased,and that in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can improve the bad mood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,improve their immune function and quality of life.
