摘　　要：目的构建不育症患者“互动式参与”健康管理方案。方法以健康管理HOPE模式为理论依据,基于文献检索、半结构访谈,构建不育症患者“互动式参与”健康管理方案的框架,通过德尔菲专家函询法,最终确定方案,分析方案效能。结果构建的不育症患者“互动式参与”健康管理方案包括健康、组织、促进、评估4个一级指标、17项二级指标和67项三级指标。两轮函询专家积极系数均为100.00%,专家熟悉程度为0.846,判断系数为0.931,权威程度为0.888,两轮函询肯德尔和谐系数为0.183、0.252(P<0.05)。结论构建的不育症患者“互动式参与”健康管理方案具有一定的科学性和可靠性,可为不育症患者进行“互动式参与”的健康管理提供理论参考。Objective To construct a health management program with"interactive participation"for male infertility.Methods Based on the HOPE model of health management,a framework of"interactive participation"health management program for infertility patients was constructed based on literature retrieval and semi-structured interview.The program was finally determined and its effectiveness was analyzed through Delphi expert correspondence consultation method.Results The program consists of 4 first-level indicators including health,organization,promotion,evaluation;17 second-level indicators and 67 third-level indicators.The active coefficients of two-round expert consultation were both 100.00%,the familiarity coefficient,judgment coefficient,and authority coefficient were 0.846,0.931,0.888.Kendall′s W coordination coefficients in the two rounds were 0.183,0.252(P<0.05).Conclusions The established"interactive participation"health management pragram for infertility patients is scientific and reliable,and can provide theoretical reference for"interactive participation"health management for infertility patients.
