摘 要:目的 探讨血液透析联合血液灌流(HP)对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)炎性因子水平、肾功能及钙磷代谢指标的影响。方法 选择2019年1月至2022年2月本院收治的CRF患者76例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组(n=38)单行血液透析,观察组(n=38)加用HP治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗3个月后,比较两组炎性因子、肾功能及钙磷代谢指标。结果 两组治疗前炎症因子、肾功能、钙磷代谢指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后炎症因子、肾功能均降低,且观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血磷为(1.01±0.21)mmol/L低于对照组的(1.66±0.32)mmol/L,血钙为(2.84±0.67)mmol/L高于对照组的(2.12±0.53)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRF患者采用血液透析联合HP治疗效果较好,利于减轻炎症反应,改善肾功能,恢复钙磷代谢平衡,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion(HP) on the levels of inflammatory factors, renal function and calcium and phosphorus metabolism in chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 76 CRF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group(n=38) underwent hemodialysis alone, and based on this, the observation group(n=38) was additionally treated with HP. Before treatment and after 3 months of treatment, the inflammatory factors, renal function and calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in inflammatory factors, renal function and calcium and phosphorus metabolism between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). Significance(P<0.05). After treatment, the serum phosphorus of the observation group was(1.01±0.21) mmol/L lower than that of the control group(1.66±0.32) mmol/L, and the serum calcium was(2.84±0.67) mmol/L higher than that of the control group(2.12±0.53)mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with HP is effective for CRF patients, which is beneficial to reduce inflammation, improve renal function, and restore the balance of calcium and phosphorus metabolism. It is worthy of wide clinical application.
