摘  要:目的:研究银马抗病毒颗粒抗炎、解热的作用及小鼠灌胃给药的急性毒性试验。方法:通过二甲苯致耳肿胀法、琼脂肉芽肿法评价银马抗病毒颗粒的抗炎作用;采用内毒素致实验兔发热模型,评价银马抗病毒颗粒的解热作用。采用Bliss法测定银马抗病毒颗粒的半数致死量(LD_(50))和95%可信区间。结果:银马抗病毒颗粒能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及肉芽组织的增生,能减少内毒素致发热实验兔体温的变化值,小鼠口服给药的LD_(50)为397.203 g/kg,95%的可信区间为379.699 g/kg~415.514 g/kg。结论:银马抗病毒颗粒具有抗炎、解热的作用,小鼠灌胃给药的LD_(50)为397.203 g/kg。Objective:Different experimental animal models were established to study the anti-in?ammatory and antipyretic effects of yinma antivirus granules and the acute toxicity test of intragastric administration in mice.Methods:The antiin?ammatory effects of yinma antivirus granules were evaluated by ear swelling induced by xylene and AGAR granuloma.The antipyretic effect of yinma antiviral particle was evaluated by using endotoxin-induced fever model of experimental rabbits.The median lethal dose(LD_(50))and 95%con?dence interval(CI)of yinma antivirus granules were determined by Bliss method.Results:Yinma antivirus granules could signi?cantly inhibit ear swelling induced by xylene in mice and subcutaneous granuloma in rats induced by AGAR,and reduce the change value of body temperature in rabbits induced by endotoxin-induced fever.The LD_(50)of the oral administration of yinma antivirus granules to mice was 397.203 g/kg,and the 95%con?dence interval was 379.699 g/kg to 415.514 g/kg.Conclusion:Yinma antivirus granules had anti-in?ammatory and antipyretic effects.The LD_(50)of intragastric administration to mice was 397.203 g/kg.
