摘　　要：目的通过优化门诊诊室的配置,合理安排各个临床科室的门诊诊室数量和出诊时间,满足患者就诊需求。方法纳入福建省立医院2021年1—3月以及2022年1—3月门诊各个科室诊室使用情况和使用率、医生和护士平均加班时间、患者候诊时间以及患者对医院就诊环境满意度4个维度的数据。运用PDCA管理方法,对门诊诊室使用情况分析,提出科学合理的门诊排班和门诊诊室优化配置方案。结果通过诊室调配,诊室使用率提高,医护人员加班时长减少,患者等候时间减少,患者对医院就医环境的满意度提高。结论对诊室进行合理的使用和调配能有效提高诊室使用率,减少医护人员加班时长和患者等候时长,改善门诊等待区域拥堵情况,进而提高患者满意度。Objective To optimize the configuration of outpatient clinics,reasonably arrange the number of outpatient clinics and visiting time of each clinical department to meet the needs of patients.Methods The data of Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2021 to March 2021 and from January 2022 to March 2022 were included in four dimensions:the use and utilization rate of each outpatient department,the average overtime of doctors and nurses,the waiting time of patients,and patients’satisfaction with the hospital’s medical environment.The PDCA management method was used to analyze the use of outpatient clinics,and a scientific and reasonable outpatient shift arrangement and optimal configuration scheme of outpatient clinics were proposed.Results Through the allocation of consulting rooms,the utilization rate of consulting rooms was improved,the overtime hours of medical staff were reduced,patients’waiting time was reduced,and patients’satisfaction with the hospital’s medical environment was improved.Conclusion Reasonable use and allocation of consulting rooms can effectively improve the utilization rate of consulting rooms,reduce the overtime hours of medical staff and patients,improve the congestion in the waiting area of outpatient services,and thus improve patient satisfaction.
