中药补肾活血方对腰痛患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析中药补肾活血方对腰痛患者的临床疗效、对疼痛评分及腰椎功能恢复情况的影响。方法采用随机方法将2019年6月—2021年6月在南平市第一医院就诊的60例腰痛患者分为两组(对照组与观察组),每组各30例。其中对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上再给予中药补肾活血方联合治疗。治疗结束后,比较分析两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛情况以及腰椎功能的变化情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为86.67%,明显高于对照组患者的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药前,两组疼痛情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者在用药后疼痛改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药前,两组腰椎功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者在用药后腰椎功能改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中药补肾活血方治疗腰痛可明显缓解患者的临床体征及疼痛情况,且在一定程度上可改善患者的腰椎功能情况,为中药补肾活血方治疗腰痛患者的后续研究提供了借鉴意义。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Recipe on clinical efficacy,pain score and lumbar function recovery in patients with low back pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with low back pain who were treated in Nanping First Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021were randomly divided into two groups(the control group and the observation group),30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine for treatment,and the observation group was given Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Recipe for combined treatment on the basis of the control group.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy,pain and lumbar function recovery of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 56.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Before medication,there was no significant difference in pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After medication,the improvement of pain in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);Before medication,there was no significant difference in lumbar function between the two groups(P>0.05).After medication,the improvement of lumbar function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Recipe in the treatment of low back pain can significantly relieve the clinical signs and pain of patients,and it provides a reference for the follow-up study on the treatment of low back pain patients with Chinese herbal medicine Bushen Huoxue Recipe.
