摘 要:伴随社会不断发展,社会对人才需求逐渐增加,同时对于人才质量提出新要求,医院作为群众看病治疗的基础单位更是如此,人才是医院正常运作的根本要素之一,不能轻易忽视人才的作用。医院的高质量发展是医院未来发展以及未来进步的主要方向以及主要目标,想要满足当下社会对医疗行业的发展需求,就必须要将发展目标放在高质量发展方面,落实高质量发展理念,使医院在自身发展的同时,满足患者需求,为患者提供高质量服务。文章将简单介绍高质量发展理论,并重点阐述在高质量发展理念下,医院的人才培养路径,希望能够为我国的医疗行业发展提供帮助与支持。With the continuous development of the society,the social demand for talents gradually increased,at the same time for the quality of talents put forward new requirements,hospitals as the basic unit for the masses to see and treat patients,talent is one of the fundamental elements of the normal operation of the hospital,can not easily ignore the role of talents.The highquality development of a hospital is the main direction and goal of its future development and progress.In order to meet the development needs of the current society for the medical industry,it is necessary to put the development goal in the aspect of high-quality development and implement the concept of high-quality development,so that the hospital can meet the needs of patients and provide high-quality services for patients while developing itself.This paper will briefly introduce the theory of high quality development,and focus on the concept of high quality development,the hospital personnel training path,hoping to provide help and support for the development of our medical industry.
