摘　　要：公立医院实行党委领导下的院长负责制,管理体制的根本性转变,对公立医院党建工作提出了全新的命题、更高的要求。公立医院党建工作不能囿于孤岛,要因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,不断增强时代感和吸引力,实现“润物细无声”式的工作效果。文章以南通大学附属医院为例,分析了SWOT分析法对提升公立医院党建工作的作用,深度剖析公立医院党建工作的内在优势、内部劣势、外部机遇和外部威胁,提出了SWOT分析法视域下公立医院党建工作的方法策略:SO策略以制度建设为根本,构建党建工作长效机制;ST策略以服务大局为中心,找准党建工作问题需求;WO策略以实践创新为驱动,促进党建工作凝聚共鸣;WT策略以问题结果为导向,提升党建工作如盐在水;从而为公立医院党建工作的开展提供有效对策建议,全面提升党建工作水平。Public hospitals implement the president responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee,and the management system has fundamentally changed,which has put forward a new proposition and higher requirements for the party building work of public hospitals.Party building work in public hospitals cannot be confined to isolated islands.It must be tailored to events,advance with the times,and be renewed according to the situation,constantly enhance the sense of the times and attractiveness,and achieve the work effect of"moisturizing things without sound".Taking Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University as an example,this study analyzes the effect of SWOT analysis on improving the party building work in public hospitals,deeply analyzes the internal advantages,internal disadvantages,external opportunities and external threats of party building work in public hospitals,and proposes the perspective of SWOT analysis.The methods and strategies of party building work in public hospitals:SO strategy is based on system construction,and a long-term mechanism for party building work is constructed;ST strategy is centered on serving the overall situation,and the needs of party building work are identified;WO strategy is driven by practice and innovation to promote party building work.Cohesion and resonance;the WT strategy is oriented by the problem and results,and enhances the party building work like salt in water;thus provides effective countermeasures and suggestions for the development of party building work in public hospitals,and comprehensively improves the level of party building work.
