公立医院行业作风管理创新策略分析

摘　　要：行业作风管理是医院实现稳定发展的重要保障,很多医院在发展过程中都会将重点放在医疗水平提升、医疗服务等方面,对行业作风管理的关注度并不高。为了贯彻落实党的二十大精神,完善医院惩防体系建设,当前我国医疗体制改革正深入推进,要切实保障医院的公益性,进一步加强卫生行业行风管理,维护群众健康权益,医院在精细化管理过程中,需要充分意识到行业作风管理的重要性与必要性。基于此,文章对公立医院行业作风管理现状展开了分析,并列举了一系列医院行风管理中的有效措施与方法,旨在推动公立医院的健康、持续、稳定发展,仅供参考。Industry style management is an important guarantee for hospitals to achieve stable development.Many hospitals will focus on the improvement of medical level,medical services and other aspects in the development process,and pay little attention to industry style management.In order to implement the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and improve the construction of the hospital’s punishment and prevention system,the current medical system reform in China is being deeply promoted.It is necessary to effectively protect the public welfare of hospitals,further strengthen the management of the health profession,and safeguard the health rights and interests of the masses.In the process of refined management,hospitals need to fully realize the importance and necessity of the management of the industry style.Based on this,the article analyzes the current situation of public hospital industry style management,and lists a series of effective measures and methods in hospital style management,aiming to promote the healthy,sustainable and stable development of public hospitals,for reference only.
