摘　　要：目的分析戴明循环法(plan-do-check-action,PDCA)管理模式在队属医院感染控制中的工作策略和效果。方法选取2019年6月—2021年6月某队属医院75名医务人员作为调查对象,应用PDCA循环管理改进感染控制质量,随机抽样调查分析各项指标执行情况,并评价应用效果。结果PDCA循环实施后,手卫生依从率、洗手方法、防护措施、手面清洁消毒合格率等指标均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PDCA循环法能够有效促进感染控制管理质量的持续提升,增强队属医院防范和应对公共卫生事件的综合保障能力。Objective To explore the application of plan-docheck-action(PDCA)cycle mode to improve the process management level of team-affiliated hospital for infection control.Methods A total of 75 medical workers in a teamaffiliated hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as investigation objects.PDCA cycle management was applied to improve the quality of infection control.The implementation of various indicators was analyzed by random sampling survey,and the application effect was evaluated.Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle,hand hygiene compliance rate,hand washing method,protective measures,hand and face cleaning and disinfection qualified rate and other indicators were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion PDCA cycle method can effectively promote the continuous improvement of the quality of infection control and management,and enhance the comprehensive support ability of team hospitals to prevent and respond to public health events.
