基于新生儿监护病房的超早期干预对早产高危儿体格与神经发育结局的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于新生儿监护病房的超早期干预对早产高危儿体格与神经发育结局的干预作用。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月该院新生儿监护病房收治的早产高危儿104例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组52例。对照组予以常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理干预基础上予以基于新生儿监护病房的超早期干预。统计比较两组早产高危儿12个月龄时体格、神经发育情况[包括智力发育指数(MDI)、运动发育指数(PDI)],以及肌张力异常发生率、家属的护理满意度等。结果研究组早产高危儿12个月龄时体重、身长、MDI、PDI、家属的护理满意度均较对照组高,肌张力异常率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于新生儿监护病房的超早期干预可促进早产高危儿体格生长及神经发育,降低肌张力异常发生率,且家属的护理满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of ultra early intervention based on neonatal intensive care unit on the physical and neurodevelopmental outcome of high-risk infants born prematurely.Methods From May 2020 to may 2021,104 high-risk premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=52)and study group(n=52).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given ultra early intervention based on neonatal intensive care unit on the basis of the control group.The physical and neural development[intellectual development index(MDI),motor development index(PDI)]and the incidence of abnormal muscle tone and nursing satisfaction of family members were statistically compared between the two groups.Results At the age of 12 months,the body weight and length of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);At the age of 12 months,the MDI and PDI in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The abnormal rate of muscle tone in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultra early intervention based on neonatal intensive care unit can promote the physical growth and neural development of high-risk preterm infants,reduce the incidence of abnormal muscle tone,and the nursing satisfaction of family members is high.
