摘　　要：目的比较CARTO三维标测系统指导下心房颤动(房颤)射频消融术患者采用不同围术期管理措施的效果。方法选取2018年8月至2021年8月该院收治的在CARTO三维标测系统指导下行房颤射频消融术患者50例,采用双盲法随机分为观察组(精准围术期管理)和对照组(常规围术期管理),每组25例。比较两组患者并发症发生率、心理状态、患者满意度、生活质量等。结果观察组患者并发症发生率,以及干预后抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均明显低于对照组,生活质量评分、满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于在CARTO三维标测系统指导下行房颤射频消融术的患者精准围术期管理效果较好,可提高患者生活质量及满意度,改善患者心理状态,降低并发症发生率,值得借鉴及参考。Objective To compare the effects of different perioperative management measures in patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of Carto three-dimensional mapping system.Methods Fifty patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation under the guidance of Carto three-dimensional mapping system in our department from August 2018 to August 2021 were randomly divided into precision perioperative management group(observation group,n=25)and routine perioperative management group(control group,n=25)by double-blind method.The incidence of complications,psychological status,patient satisfaction and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results In terms of perioperative management effect,the incidence of complications,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the QOL score and satisfaction questionnaire score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation under the guidance of Carto three-dimensional mapping system,accurate perioperative management has a good effect,which can improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction,improve the psychological state of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,It is worth using for reference.
