摘　　要：目的:分析药师借助微信对精神病居家患者开展药物不良反应(Adverse Drug Reactions,ADR)监测处置的实践价值。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年6月江苏省如皋市精神病防治医院收治的132例精神病居家患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和参照组,各66例。参照组给予常规用药指导,试验组在参照组基础上借助微信开展远程药学科普、ADR监测处置等。随访13个月,对比两组患者的ADR发生指数、相关药学知识掌握率。结果:试验组ADR发生指数低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组ADR知识总掌握率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:对于精神病居家患者,药师借助微信开展ADR监测处置的实践价值高,有助于打通和延续药学服务的最后一米线,减少ADR,帮助患者掌握相关药学知识。Objective:To analyze the practical value of pharmacists’ monitoring and handling of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) for psychiatric patients at home through WeChat.Methods:A total of 132 psychiatric patients at home who were admitted to Jiangsu Province Rugao Psychiatric Prevention and Treatment Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into test group and reference group,with 66 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine medication guidance,and the test group was given remote pharmaceutical science popularization and ADR monitoring and disposal with the help of WeChat on the basis of the reference group.The patients were followed up for 13 months to compare the ADR occurrence index and the mastery rate of relevant pharmaceutical knowledge between the two groups.Results:The occurrence index of ADR in the test group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total mastering rate of ADR knowledge in the test group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:For psychiatric patients at home,the pharmacists’ monitoring and handling of ADR through WeChat have high practical value,which help to solve and extend the last one-meter line of pharmaceutical service,reduce ADR,and help patients to master relevant pharmaceutical knowledge.
