舒适化浅镇静护理在重症医学科机械通气患者中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的:分析重症医学科(ICU)机械通气患者采用舒适化浅镇静护理的效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2022年8月在南通大学附属南通第三医院ICU进行机械通气治疗的136例患者为研究对象,采用信封抽取方式分为两组,各68例。对照组予以传统镇静护理,探究组采用舒适化浅镇静护理。对比两组患者的舒适度、ICU入住时间及机械通气时间、并发症发生情况。结果:探究组生理、心理、环境、社会文化的舒适度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。探究组ICU入住时间和机械通气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。探究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:舒适化浅镇静护理在ICU机械通气患者中应用,可以有效提高患者的舒适度,缩短ICU入住时间和机械通气时间,降低并发症发生率,护理应用价值显著,值得在临床中运用并予以推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of comfortable light sedation nursing in intensive care unit(ICU) patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:A total of 136 patients who were treated with mechanical ventilation in the ICU of Nantong Third Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were divided into two groups according to the envelope method,with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional sedation nursing,and the exploration group was given comfortable light sedation nursing.The patient’s comfort,ICU stay time,mechanical ventilation time,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The comfort scores of physiology,psychology,environment and social culture in the exploration group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The ICU stay time and mechanical ventilation time in the exploration group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The incidence of complications in the exploration group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:Comfortable light sedation nursing used in ICU mechanically ventilated patients can effectively improve the comfort of patients,shorten ICU stay time and mechanical ventilation time,and reduce the incidence of complications.It has significant nursing application value,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
