摘　　要：目的:了解北京市社区卫生服务中心康复科医疗服务现状。方法:选取北京市16区158家已开展康复的社区卫生服务中心作为样本选择,对其进行方便抽样调查,将同意配合调查的92家社区卫生服务中心作为本研究的调查对象,进行问卷调查,并对收集资料进行分析统计。结果:调查显示98.91%的北京市社区康复(CBR)患者仍以主动就医为主,康复病种以颈肩腰腿痛为主,仅有23家中心有固定上级医院进行转诊。结论:社区卫生服务中心需增加康复病种种类,大力发展慢性病的CBR,需建立有效双向转诊机制。Objective:To understand the status quo of medical services in rehabilitation department of Beijing community health service centers.Methods:A total of 158 community health service centers in 16 districts of Beijing were selected for the sampling,in which the rehabilitation has been initiated.An investigation was conducted using convenient sampling method,and 92community health service centers that had agreed to cooperate with the investigation were taken as the subjects of this study.The questionnaire survey was conducted and the collected data were analyzed and counted.Results:The investigation showed that,98.91% of community-based rehabilitation(CBR) patients in Beijing still seek medical treatment actively,and the main types of rehabilitation diseases are neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Only 23 centers have fixed superior hospitals for referral.Conclusion:Community health service centers should increase the types of rehabilitation diseases,vigorously develop the CBR of chronic diseases,and establish an effective two-way referral mechanism.
